Zaree started Facil-IT in 2011 following the creation of Intelligent Data Systems which he started in 1984. His exposure to many different organizations within the same industry provides a unique perspective on what technologies to apply to different organizations. His ability to review and advise businesses on how different solutions can provide different results sets him apart from other consultants. Zaree has a degree in Computer engineering, but his true value lies in his ability to think on the fly and generate customized business solutions for every client.

We often refer to Chris as the "brains" of our technology. Chris has been working at Facil-IT since its inception and previously at Intelligent Data Systems for 25+ years. He manages the infrastructure of all data and furthermore, has the intuition and industry specific experience to take business concepts and forge working technical realities. Chris being detail oriented; can develop some of the most intricate features successfully, many of which have never been done before. More often than not his work exceeds client expectations.

David graduated from NYU Polytech with a degree in Computer Engineering. His value at Facil-IT derives not only from the polished work he delivers, but also from his knowledge and constant study of standard practices and established precedence within the professional development community. David leads a team of 7 other developers and is exceptional at managing tasks within a given time frame.

John graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Business Administration and leads our sales efforts. He is tenured in B2B Sales, Business Development and Client Relationship Management. John’s multiple years of experience working in facilities maintenance alongside both multi-site operators and service providers is an asset to Facil-IT and our customers.

Norm Dutcher

Norm has over 29 years of multi-site Facilities Management experience. As an owner and service provider he and his team chose and used Facil-IT to help his business provide timely, cost effective solutions across North America.

Norm is a long-time active member, past Board Director, Chair of the Ethics Committee as well as Community Ambassador of Connex, formally PRSM (Professional Retail Store Management Association). He also has been a long-time member of RFMA (Restaurant Facility Management Association) working on the Mentorship Program, Ethics Committee, Public Relations Task Force and Member Engagement Committee.

Justin facilitates onboarding operations, initial guidance, and continued training for our new Community customers. He joined the Facil-IT team having 5 years of experience working as both a Project Manager and Account Manager at National Facilities Maintenance Organizations. Justin is passionate about helping our customers achieve tangible results and improving their overall operational efficiency. In his spare time, you can find Justin traveling, hiking, or at the gym.

Suzie graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Business Administration and is a part of our Client Engagement and Support team. Prior to Facil-IT she worked for a National Facilities Maintenance organization in a rotational program. This experience gave Suzie insight into various departments processes and how they factor into the overall goals and work flows within an organization. Having this holistic understanding allows Suzie to best guide our customers when making their transition to a new technology.

Krislynn McCoy

Krislynn brings a high level of understanding of the day-to-day operations of multi-site facilities management, and the robust technology needed to most efficiently manage high-volume programs. She comes to Facil-IT with almost 5 years of technology project management experience, specifically within the FM service provider arena. As one of our dedicated project managers, her ability to understand the customer’s “big picture” allows for the development of a clear and effective path to reach their desired results and more.

Justin graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Computer Science. Prior to Facil-IT he worked in as a lead programmer for a healthcare software company. At Facil-IT he works with both internal and external customers driving the platform to the next level. Justin’s creative edge and can do attitude bring a fresh new perspective to the Facil-IT team and our clients. When Justin is not working, you can usually find him training for a marathon or snowboarding.
